What is the best thing to wear?
Wear comfy, casual clothes.
Reflexology treatments ~ it is best to not wear tights as they will need to be removed.
KORE therapy ~ this can be done fully clothed, however, if you need Cupping, then you will need to take some clothing off but only the area to be worked on will be exposed, e.g. your back.
Towel etiquette will be observed at all times.

What if I need to cancel my appointment - will I still be charged?
As long as you give 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don't show up to your appointment, then you will still be charged.
