This privacy policy concerns all the information that I have, use and process about you as an enquirer and client of Equilibrium Health and Healing. Your privacy is extremely important to me.

What Information Do I Collect About You
The information I have collected about you will depend on my interaction with you. If you have signed up to be kept informed of special offers, new therapies and therapy days, then I will just have collected your name, telephone contact numbers and email address.
If you have had a treatment from me, I will have taken a detailed medical history including your name, date of birth, address, contact telephone numbers and possibly email address, personal details, doctors details, current medication and symptoms.
How I Use Your Information
If you have signed up to be kept informed of special offers etc, then your information will be kept on a sheet in order that I can send you information or news that you have asked to engage with me about.
If I have completed a detailed medical history form on you, the information is used in order to give you the very best tailored, safe and effective treatment. I will not share your personal information with third parties; transfer your data internationally; or use your data for automatic profiling. Medical history forms are kept in a secure and locked cabinet.
Marketing
When you’ll hear from me/Equilibrium ~ I will keep you up to date with Equilibrium news and special offers and therapy days. I will not bombard you with emails. I will never share your personal information with any third parties.
Your Rights:
Under the Date Protection Act 2018 you have the following rights:
o All client records are confidential and kept in a locked filing cabinet. I was trained in confidentiality when I did my original training. A detailed medical history is taken on a new client in order to give them the very best tailored, safe and effective treatment.
o Clients have a right to see what information is being held about them and to be given copies of this information if requested.
o Inaccurate or incomplete data can be amended at a later date.
o Clients have a right to request deletion of data.
o If erasure has been requested, information must not be processed until the issue at hand has been resolved.
How Long Your Information Is Kept For:
Medical history forms are kept in a locked filing cabinet for six years, as advised by my insurance company.
